3. Do you provide stock recommendations?

No, we do not provide specific stock recommendations. Our focus is on helping you improve your mindset, emotional control, and trading strategies so you can make better decisions in the market, based on your analysis and risk appetite.

4. How do I book a consultation with you?

To book a consultation, simply visit our website and choose the plan that best fits your needs. After selecting a plan, you can contact us via the form on our Contact Us page or email us at pooja@profitchainwithpooja.com. We will reach out to schedule your session.

5. How long does a consultation last?

Each consultation lasts for 1 hour. The session can be conducted via phone call or video call, depending on the plan you choose.

6. What is your refund and return policy?

We follow a no refund, no return policy. Once a consultation service is booked and payment is made, it is non-refundable. Please see our Refund and Return Policy page for more details.

7. Do you provide personalized trading strategies?

Yes, during our Trading Style & Pattern Analysis session, we help you customize strategies based on your trading style and goals. Our aim is to optimize your profitability by identifying the patterns that work best for you.

8. I’m new to trading. Which plan should I choose?

If you’re new to trading, we recommend starting with the Psychological Mindset Healing plan. This will help you address emotional biases, build confidence, and control fear and anxiety that often affect new traders.

9. What is your experience in trading?

Pooja Gupta, the founder of ProfitChain.in, has over 5 years of experience in trading. She has a background in BCom and a diploma in interior designing, and she worked for 9 years as an executive at Hero MotoCorp before transitioning to full-time trading. Pooja’s journey included facing significant losses in the beginning, but she recovered and now has a successful trading career.
